{"id":8521,"date":"2024-07-19T05:02:41","date_gmt":"2024-07-19T05:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/?p=8521"},"modified":"2024-07-19T05:40:44","modified_gmt":"2024-07-19T05:40:44","slug":"unidad-electrica-tlv-para-recuperacion-y-retorno-del-condensado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/ca\/unidad-electrica-tlv-para-recuperacion-y-retorno-del-condensado\/","title":{"rendered":"Unidad el\u00e9ctrica TLV para la recuperaci\u00f3n y retorno del condensado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando el condensado sale del purgador, contiene aproximadamente el 25% de la <a href=\"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/recuperar-energia-del-revaporizado-con-un-intercambiador-de-calor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">energ\u00eda<\/a> que estaba dentro del vapor antes de condensarse. Si este condensado caliente no se recupera y se devuelve a la caldera, esta necesitar\u00eda ser alimentada continuamente con agua fr\u00eda de reposici\u00f3n, lo que representar\u00eda una p\u00e9rdida energ\u00e9tica (y un coste de agua) totalmente inasumible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por ello <a href=\"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/recuperacion-de-condensados-de-vapor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recuperar el condensado<\/a> es, hoy en d\u00eda, absolutamente necesario: su alto contenido energ\u00e9tico, junto al elevado coste del tratamiento del agua de caldera exigen recuperarlo, pero hay un problema.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El condensado que sale de los purgadores de vapor se encuentra en condiciones de presi\u00f3n y temperatura pr\u00f3ximas a su punto de ebullici\u00f3n. Si para introducirlo de nuevo en la caldera se aspira con una bomba centr\u00edfuga convencional, se produce de inmediato una intensa cavitaci\u00f3n, lo que destruye la bomba r\u00e1pidamente.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello lo habitual es recurrir a enfriar el condensado de la forma m\u00e1s sencilla posible: mediante un dep\u00f3sito de expansi\u00f3n abierto a la atm\u00f3sfera. De esta forma parte del condensado vuelve al estado de vapor (vapor flash que se pierde en la atm\u00f3sfera a menos que se someta a un proceso de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/recuperar-energia-del-revaporizado-con-un-intercambiador-de-calor\/\">recuperaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>); el calor necesario para esta evaporaci\u00f3n se toma del resto del condensado que, por ello, se enfr\u00eda. En estas condiciones el condensado enfriado ya puede ser aspirado por una bomba centr\u00edfuga sin que se produzca la temida cavitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La unidad el\u00e9ctrica TLV para la recuperaci\u00f3n y retorno del condensado incluye en un solo equipo compacto las funciones de recuperaci\u00f3n y retorno del condensado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ello est\u00e1 formado por un dep\u00f3sito de acero inoxidable de hasta 3.000 litros de capacidad que es capaz de tratar hasta 15.000 litros\/hora de condensado, y de eliminar hasta 1.950 kg\/hora del vapor flash producido.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para conducir el condensado recuperado hasta la caldera el equipo incorpora dos bombas (dise\u00f1o redundante) con un caudal de hasta 19.500 litros\/hora y una altura de impulsi\u00f3n de 25 metros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas prestaciones adicionales de serie son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indicador de nivel con switches magn\u00e9ticos para indicaci\u00f3n y control del nivel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e1lvula de globo de cierre con fuelle y disco estrangulador para ajustar el punto de funcionamiento de la bomba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Term\u00f3metro bimet\u00e1lico y man\u00f3metro para el control visual de la presi\u00f3n y temperatura de trabajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opcionalmente puede equiparse con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transmisor de nivel tipo reed (4-20 mA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unidad de control de las bombas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bombas con una altura de impulsi\u00f3n de 50 metros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aislamiento t\u00e9rmico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
