Dentro de ese mercado uno de los actores principales es OMC (<em>Officine Meccaniche Cadorin<\/em>), una de las empresas con las que colabora SEDITESA. Se trata de una multinacional italiana que se especializa en la fabricaci\u00f3n de <strong>v\u00e1lvulas industriales<\/strong>. Hoy hablaremos de las v\u00e1lvulas est\u00e1ndar EN\/DIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 v\u00e1lvulas industriales comercializa OMC?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OMC comercializa cinco familias de <strong>v\u00e1lvulas industriales<\/strong>, dependiendo del uso al que se le vaya a destinar. Son las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e1lvulas Est\u00e1ndar EN\/DIN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e1lvulas Est\u00e1ndar ANSI<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e1lvulas Est\u00e1ndar Tres V\u00edas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e1lvulas Sanitarias<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aparte de este tipo de v\u00e1lvulas OMC tambi\u00e9n tiene reductoras de presi\u00f3n autoaccionadas. Estas v\u00e1lvulas, caracterizadas por su robustez y precisi\u00f3n, abarcan una amplia variedad de configuraciones t\u00e9cnicas que las hacen adecuadas para aplicaciones espec\u00edficas seg\u00fan los requerimientos del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e1lvula VL10 (PN16)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Valvula-VL10-PN16.jpg\" alt=\"V\u00e1lvula VL10 (PN16)\" class=\"wp-image-9038\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">V\u00e1lvula VL10 (PN16)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La v\u00e1lvula <strong>VL10<\/strong> representa una opci\u00f3n fundamental dentro de la gama de v\u00e1lvulas de OMC. Fabricada en fundici\u00f3n nodular con clase de presi\u00f3n PN16, cuenta con un dise\u00f1o de dos v\u00edas, asiento simple y paso recto. El cierre blando en PTFE\/GR clase VI asegura una hermeticidad confiable en condiciones est\u00e1ndar de operaci\u00f3n. Sus dimensiones abarcan desde DN15 hasta DN100, lo que las hace \u00fatiles en sistemas de menor envergadura. Los actuadores disponibles para esta v\u00e1lvula incluyen opciones neum\u00e1ticas y el\u00e9ctricas. Los neum\u00e1ticos pueden ser multimuelle de regulaci\u00f3n o de tipo ON-OFF, mientras que los el\u00e9ctricos son proporcionados por marcas reconocidas como Rotork, Auma y Drehmo. Esta v\u00e1lvula tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 disponible en versiones certificadas bajo la directiva ATEX 2014\/34\/UE para uso en atm\u00f3sferas potencialmente explosivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e1lvulas VD10 (PN16\/PN25)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Valvula-KD10-PN16PN40.jpg\" alt=\"V\u00e1lvula KD10 (PN16\/PN40). V\u00e1lvulas est\u00e1ndar EN\/DIN\" class=\"wp-image-9040\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">V\u00e1lvula KD10 (PN16\/PN40)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>VD10<\/strong> ampl\u00eda la capacidad de las v\u00e1lvulas de control, tambi\u00e9n fabricada en fundici\u00f3n nodular PN16 con dise\u00f1o de dos v\u00edas, asiento simple y paso recto. Su capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n se refleja en configuraciones avanzadas como pasos reducidos, jaulas anti-ruido y sistemas anti-cavitaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1adas para fluidos como vapor, agua, aceites y otros l\u00edquidos industriales. Con tama\u00f1os que van desde DN15 hasta DN200, esta v\u00e1lvula permite un control y regulaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptimos en sistemas de mayor tama\u00f1o y complejidad. Al igual que la VL10, se puede equipar con actuadores neum\u00e1ticos multimuelle, actuadores el\u00e9ctricos o de tipo ON-OFF que funcionan con aire comprimido entre 6 y 10 bares. La certificaci\u00f3n ATEX tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 disponible para estas v\u00e1lvulas, ampliando su aplicaci\u00f3n en entornos de riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e1lvula <strong>KD10 (PN16\/PN40)<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/Valvulas-VD10-PN16PN25.jpg\" alt=\"V\u00e1lvulas VD10 (PN16\/PN25). V\u00e1lvulas est\u00e1ndar EN\/DIN\" class=\"wp-image-9039\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">V\u00e1lvulas VD10 (PN16\/PN25)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por su parte, la <strong>KD10<\/strong> sobresale por su versatilidad y adaptabilidad. Dise\u00f1ada para manejar fluidos industriales como vapor, agua y aceites, puede fabricarse en materiales como acero al carbono, acero inoxidable CF8M o incluso aleaciones avanzadas bajo demanda, como duplex, monel y hastelloy. Este \u00faltimo material (hastelloy) es una aleaci\u00f3n muy costosa, pero muy resistente a altas temperaturas (alrededor de 1100 \u00b0C), y contra la corrosi\u00f3n. Se utiliza en turbinas de gas, en motores de los aviones y en reactores. Es una aleaci\u00f3n muy dura y por lo tanto de dif\u00edcil fabricaci\u00f3n con l\u00e1ser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El modelo <strong>KD10<\/strong> ofrece una gama de presiones que va desde PN16 hasta PN40 y tama\u00f1os de DN15 a DN200. Su dise\u00f1o modular, combinado con opciones como jaulas anti-ruido y sistemas anti-cavitaci\u00f3n, la convierten en una soluci\u00f3n flexible para procesos industriales complejos, desde los m\u00e1s simples hasta los m\u00e1s exigentes. Los actuadores disponibles son los mismos que para las series anteriores, asegurando la compatibilidad con sistemas diversos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e1lvulas <strong>TM10<\/strong> y <strong>TD10<\/strong> (V\u00e1lvulas est\u00e1ndar EN\/DIN)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>TM10<\/strong> y la <strong>TD10<\/strong> destacan por su dise\u00f1o de tres v\u00edas, destinadas a funciones de mezcla y desv\u00edo respectivamente. Estas v\u00e1lvulas poseen cuerpos integrales y est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para ofrecer un control preciso y eficiente, incluso en condiciones de operaci\u00f3n extremas. La TM10 permite combinar dos entradas en una salida, mientras que la TD10 desv\u00eda el flujo desde una entrada hacia dos salidas. Ambas est\u00e1n disponibles en materiales como fundici\u00f3n nodular, acero al carbono y acero inoxidable, y se fabrican en tama\u00f1os desde DN15 hasta DN200 con clases de presi\u00f3n entre PN16 y PN40. Estas v\u00e1lvulas son ideales para manejar fluidos como agua sobrecalentada, vapor saturado, aceites t\u00e9rmicos y gases compatibles con los materiales de construcci\u00f3n. Los actuadores neum\u00e1ticos y el\u00e9ctricos son compatibles con estas v\u00e1lvulas, ofreciendo opciones multimuelle y ON-OFF. Tambi\u00e9n cuentan con certificaci\u00f3n ATEX para cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad en ambientes peligrosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada uno de estos modelos se caracteriza por su capacidad de ofrecer soluciones t\u00e9cnicas espec\u00edficas para la regulaci\u00f3n y control de fluidos industriales. La combinaci\u00f3n de materiales avanzados, configuraciones modulares y opciones de actuadores permite su integraci\u00f3n en sistemas diversos, asegurando la eficiencia y seguridad en los procesos.
