En las instalaciones de vapor que recuperan el condensado mediante un tanque flash, la p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda debida al revaporizado que se expulsa a la atm\u00f3sfera es muy importante. Hoy explicaremos c\u00f3mo recuperar energ\u00eda con un intercambiador de calor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo evitar la p\u00e9rdida de energ\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para instalaciones que trabajan entre 4 y 12 bares de presi\u00f3n de vapor, entre el 10 y el 16% del condensado se convierte en vapor flash, pero como el vapor tiene un contenido energ\u00e9tico muy superior al del condensado, la energ\u00eda contenida en el vapor flash representa entre el 40 y el 55% del contenido energ\u00e9tico del condensado, como muestra la siguiente tabla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table aligncenter\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><em>Presi\u00f3n de cuenta que el condensado contiene alrededor del 25% de la energ\u00eda \u00fatil del combustible, se deduce f\u00e1cilmente que el revaporizado lleva alrededor del 10\u201012% de la energ\u00eda del combustible, un desperdicio importante que es totalmente recuperable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La siguiente figura amplia los datos anteriores y muestra c\u00f3mo se distribuye la energ\u00eda consumida en una instalaci\u00f3n de vapor t\u00edpica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" flash?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forma m\u00e1s sencilla de recuperar la mayor parte de la energ\u00eda contenida en el vapor flash es utilizarlo en un intercambiador de calor para precalentar agua, que en muchos casos puede utilizarse como agua de reposici\u00f3n de la caldera, o emplearse para otros usos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De esta forma se recupera el 100% de la energ\u00eda del vapor flash, pues el condensado producido puede alimentarse directamente a la caldera, junto con el resto del condensado recuperado en el tanque flash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los intercambiadores de recuperaci\u00f3n del vapor flash se diferencian de los ordinarios en que la carcasa (por la que circula el vapor) tiene dos salidas: la inferior, en la que se recupera el condensado producido, y la superior, que es abierta a la atm\u00f3sfera, como se muestra en la figura siguiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta segunda salida tiene una funci\u00f3n de venteo para permitir que, en caso de reducci\u00f3n del consumo u otras eventualidades, el vapor flash pueda evacuarse a la atm\u00f3sfera. En funcionamiento normal por esa salida no saldr\u00e1 vapor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/seditesa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Rentabilidad-de-recuperar-el-vapor-flash-1024x794.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3911\" width=\"512\" height=\"397\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rentabilidad de recuperar el vapor flash<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como ya hemos dicho, el revaporizado (vapor flash) contiene alrededor del 10\u201012% de la energ\u00eda consumida por la caldera, y la recuperaci\u00f3n mediante un intercambiador es total.
