The industry, however, was seeking designs that would facilitate more effective process control and, in turn, improve product quality. In response, TLV came up with this remarkable innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Conventional reducing valves, when faced with wide variations in primary pressure, cannot maintain a constant secondary pressure, resulting in temperature variations that negatively impact product quality.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, conventional valves have oscillations and vibrations that make it difficult to set the desired pressure accurately. It is also difficult to accurately set the desired pressure with conventional valves due to the oscillations and vibrations. In contrast, the usual separators are not effective in removing condensate, thereby reducing the productivity of steam-consuming equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Using its fluid control technology, TLV has developed COSPECT, a solution to these important problems.
