- Pocket-sized diagnostician for basic assessment of vibration levels in traps and other equipment.
These tools have the following characteristics:
Trapman Diagnostic (TM5N + TrapManager)
TrapManager software is used in conjunction with dedicated hardware, such as the TM5 or TM5N-EX (TM hardware), for complete steam trap inspection and diagnostics. It collects the data measured by the hardware and transfers it to a computer for manipulation, analysis, and presentation. Once the inspection is complete, the data can be analyzed, printed in reports, or exported for use in other programs, facilitating efficient steam trap management and maintenance.
Pocket diagnostician (PT1)
Daily inspection tool that uses vibration (ultrasound) and temperature measurement for basic operational diagnostics of steam traps, valves and bearings.
Useful for basic evaluation, but not only for traps, but also for valves and bearings.
